What launcher do you use? TLauncher?

Probably because it's a zip file and not a jar file.

You mean how to stop hacks? Like players use Killaura, Flight etc.? Install Wither Anti Cheat.
Turn off cheats = don't allow players to use commands.

Sorry but what? The server log helps to find issues with the server, and usually the IP is not showed.

Yeah, but did you even check the servers list on that video? There's no way to add icons on Bedrock servers.
