I don't think so. Anyway, can you please contact [email protected] via email and send screenshots of the error messages and explain your current problem, what's your server software and version, how are you trying to connect, etc.

So I basically gave my friend 1000 enderpearls using a command because we were trying to land a perfect enderpearl shot then it all dropped then it started lagging the server then we both crashed please help I also had an entire overworld biome in the end, enchanted items and so on.
Hi, you can start your server and use the command /kill @e[type=item] from the console without joining the server to delete all the items dropped in the world. Or as CrazyCat said, restore a backups

So I wanted to transfer my server to a snapshot of 1.17 from 1.16.4, and im scared that i will lose the items that are currently in the players inventories. If anybody done this, pls tell me if it will work and I wont get my world corrupted
Hi, when you go to the software that you want to install, you have two options:
*If the button says "Reinstall", you'll lose all your server data.
*If the button says "Install", you should save your server data.
Always make a backup btw. Also, you should generate a new world to get the cave update.

Hi, this article might help you: Maximum allowed server size. If you don't know what else to delete, you can contact [email protected] and ask help reducing the server size, include the IP of the server and your Aternos username.

Hi, increasing the amount of RAM on your server i'ts not possible since Aternos is completely free.

Hi, try deleting the config folder from your Minecraft installation path, then restart your launcher and try to join again.
