You can use some mods for optimization such as sodium, optifine, etc. Some mods have to be installed only on your server, and not the client. And others only on your client and not the server, make sure to check this.

Your server took too long to start and crashed. Try again a couple of times. If the server still crashes, try reinstalling the server or use a lighter modpack.

This is not a problem. When you install a plugin, an installing animation appears for a few seconds, then a checkmark appears and dissappears a few seconds later, this means that the installation is done. You can check your plugins in your files here https://aternos.org/files/plugins

not much since i cant seem to find anything to do, the articles you cited dont seem to troubleshoot anything, just label the problems. but we are already at minimal mods, so im not sure what i can do about that other than completely remove them
Read the article again, it explains what you can do if you use mods.

The only way to recover your password is with an email, if you don't have you probably can't recover it. And if you want to recover your server, you may use backups: Make a new account >> make a new server >> connect the same Google account that you used with your old account >> restore a backup.

Exactly, but I don't think the plugin really requires the crash api, I mean, why Enchantment solution is popular and its dependency isn't? Probably the plugin will work without crash api.

Aternos can't add plugins "via external site".
also Crash API plugin also cant suggest in Plugin Suggest because its not popular enough.But if you can add it for enchantment solution that would be great.
