Your server took too long to start. Try switching your server software from Spigot to Paper, is better for optimization and performance. Make a backup before changing to Paper

Hi I just started your server and found some problems on the log:

1. iConomy is not compatible with 1.16, you have to remove it.

2. The same for Auctions plugin, is not for 1.16.

3. Make sure you installed the plugin ProtectionStones with the newest version, if you are sure, try reinstalling the plugin.

4. The same for MineChess, make sure you installed it with the newest version.

5. I didn't find any problem / error with the plugin Vault.

8. You have around 150 plugins. When you tried to start it, it problably crashed because took too long to start, try removing unused plugins .

1. open your minecraft installation path

(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )

2. open the logs folder

3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor

4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/

Is that your client log or server log?

Make sure you installed the same mods with the same version on your pc and your server as well.

If you are sure share your server log and your client log.

It seems like your server took too long to start and crashed. You can try either trying to start it again, or reinstalling the server or using a lighter modpack
