Are you sure the server is online?
Does joining to the server using the DynIP work?

JEI and NEI are clientside mods, which means you don't have to install them on your server, only your pc and they still work
Although, installing the latest or the recommended version of Forge 1.12.2 might fix that problem on your log

Because you can only make one server per account, if you want to make more servers you have to make more accounts. And to have access to different servers in different accounts use the share access option

If you are going to swich to exaroton, you can send a mail to [email protected] so the Team can transfer your server from Aternos to exaroton.
If you are going to swich to any other host, you can only download the world, you can't download the plugins, mods, etc. for security reasons.

Aternos is completely free and doesn't have any paid versions/options.

Both accounts have been created today, which means are alt. Also I checked the logs and both accounts advertised the same server.
