If you have cracked enabled you can't get your player data because the UUID is not the same, you have to save all your inventory in chests and download the world

How many mods do you have?
How big is your world?

You got the same error on your server and your client. Make sure you have all the mods on your pc and your server as well, also make sure you installed all their dependencies.

Turn on cracked, start and join your server, save all your inventory in chests, stop the server and turn off cracked, start the server and join.
If you want to keep your player data:
1. Download the world
2. Rename your old UUID to the new one
3. Disable cracked
4. Upload the world

Try to start your server once more, if it crashes share the new log

Try using a tool to remove the corrupted block, the crash log might say the location of that block.

2. Remove the corrupt block with a tool e.g. MCEdit

They were shown online and I was able to message them to relay the snafu.
What do you mean, are you adding their forum username? If so, they need to make an Aternos account. The aternos.org account is not the same as the forums account.

Your server is running out of memory and took too long to start

The whitelist is not for give access to players so they can start the server. Whitelist means that only the people in that whitelist can join the server.
