It wouldn't matter if your ping were sh*t anyways.
That was after about 4 days of continuous exploring and chunk loading.
Your large world is probably causing the lag now.

@NeonPlus Did you check our world upload tutorial yet? Mind that you can't upload worlds larger than 200 Megabytes.

The console says you don't use the right WorldEdit version. Try the one that's compatible with CraftBukkit 1.8.7.

You can open the server console and the server log at the My Server page.

Seems like your world is corrupted. Download and save your world to your computer and try starting your server using a different world.
