It's blocked-cmds instead, yes. Multiple commands have to be separated by comma, for example:
/rg flag <region_name> blocked-cmds /warp,/spawn

bro idk about you but I got ddosed with 180 players I think aternos got ddosed or something

Du kannst Befehle in der Serverkonsole ausführen, während dein Server online ist. Eine Übersicht aller Befehle bekommst du, wenn du "/help" eingibst.
