When did you feel our supporters were like this? We would like to check it and improve it, if your accusation is true.

If your server stops for apparently no reason check the server console log for detailed error information on why the server stopped. I assume your server was overloaded and eventually crashed.

Our servers work completely independent from your personal internet connection.

I assume it's just a temporary failure. Restart your server and try to join it later again.

Make sure to install the correct version of WorldEdit that's compatible with your currently installed CraftBukkit or Spigot version.

That's a strange formulation…

Essentials only works up to Minecraft version 1.7.10. For newer Minecraft versions you have to use alternatives such as EssentialsX or Bssentials.

If the mod is not installed, please install it manually using the correct version.
