You can try to restore a backup at the My Server page or upload an old save of your world you hopefully downloaded before. It is important to regularly download and save your world.
Mind that when you are switching from a non-modded version to a modded version or vice versa everything will be deleted, you even get a warning message you have to confirm before.

Wenn du das Modpack wirklich bei Aternos haben willst, solltest du dir wenigstens die Mühe dafür machen…

We can't add that plugin because it costs money. No matter whether you paid for it or not.

We can only add plugins that are directly available at DevBukkit or SpigotMC.

Tritt dieses Problem öfters auf, sollte die Konsole nebenbei immer offen gehalten werden. Sobald der Server beginnt sich zu stoppen, sollte schnell der Log aufgerufen werden, danach kann man diesen ganz ruhig analysieren.

It is not possible to directly access the server.properties. You can only change some properties through the My Server page.

Where can we find EssentialsX-Spawn and EssentialsX-Chat? They must be available at DevBukkit or SpigotMC so that we can add them.
