We do not offer FTP access because of security reasons.

You don't have to remove something necessarily, you just have to fix the plugin. Either you installed the wrong version or you misconfigured it.

You can view the log at the My Server page when your server is online.

Maybe it works when overall network usage is lower and your server gets more RAM assigned.

In addition, Aternos uses a dynamic cloud system, so your server IP changes after every restart (the static .aternos.me IP is actually just a SRV record forwarding to the real IP address when connecting with Minecraft). That would brick your BuyCraft configuration everytime.

That's your job! You find and suggest them, we just add them.

Make sure you install the plugins using the right version and you configure them correctly.

Fine idea, it's just too complicated to implement.

You can only download the main world of your server and copy & paste your plugin configuration files. Maybe we will add a way to be able to download all worlds in future.

Did you reinstall your server completely before?

The waiting time depends on the demand of servers, it differs from time of day and day itself.

Download and save your world to your computer if it is important and reinstall your server to make it work again.

It is only possible to download the world, not all the server files.
