You can try to restore a backup at the My Server page. Alternatively you can upload a save from your world you hopefully have downloaded before. It is important to regularly download and save your world to your own computer to prevent such losses.

In this case your Essentials version is not compatible with your currently installed CraftBukkit or Spigot version.
