That's what it says in console. You should try to install CS-CoreLib manually if possible.

Are there any error messages at the same time in the console log?

The versions should match if possible.

Did you install the correct versions of Factions and MassiveCore that are compatible with your server version?

You already used your key but your server instantly stopped again because you have an unstable snapshot version installed. I gave you a new key, but you should switch to a stable Minecraft version if you want to start your server.
