ModPack Server Wont Start

My server is starting then it doesn't even go online it just goes offline and I don't know what to do I am trying to launch a server on the mod pack FTB Monster

I just started your server successfully, but there was FTB Direwolf20 installed instead.

My server has CustomNpcs installed, but the queue is really annoying. I wait for 90 minutes to get my server to stop as soon as it starts.
