@petusko331 run "/gamerule randomTickSpeed 20" in console to really reset it to normal.

It could be caused by your map. Do you have a scoreboard activated on the map?

Just make sure to not overload your server. Causes could be:
– world is too large
– too many plugins / not correctly configured plugins
– large mob farms or redstone machines

What server exactly do you mean? Aternos is a server hosting service where you can create your own free Minecraft server.

You should try killing that dragon again, maybe the lag disappears.

Just restart your server and try to join it later again. I assume it's just a temporary failure.

Check the console to make sure the starting process really did finish. Also you could just restart your server and try to join it later again.

Well, as I said, you should only install plugins in the correct version, otherwise errors like this may occur.
