It's not possible to upload multiple worlds yet, you can only create multiple worlds on the server directly using plugins like Multiverse-Core or MultiWorld.

I already told you. Download the world at the My Server page, unzip it, right click the players directory and click "Delete" or "Move to Trash", zip the world again (either this function is built in in your OS or use a third party software) and upload the world to your Aternos server again.

Download the world, delete the affected player's player file and upload the world again. Eventually the player should be able to join the server again.

I don't know any plugin, sorry. You can use the file browser at the Files & Plugins page to search for specific plugins. If you can't find the plugin you want, search at Google instead and suggest the plugin at these forums, maybe it will be added to the list then.

I don't know, this can have a lot of reasons. It's not a general problem though as you're the only one reporting this problem currently.

It depends on whether it's a direct download or not. But even if it's a direct download, Spigot's anti DDoS often times will prevent the external download.
