If the backup doesn't work instead you can try to upload a save of your world you hopefully downloaded before. It's important to regularly download and save the world to prevent such losses.

It is not possible to disable the idle timeout, it's set by our system for every server automatically.

JAR files are not supposed to be changed. You should change a specific configuration file instead.

Make sure to install the exact same version of the mod pack as installed on your server. If the mod is needed, but not installed, please install it manually.

I just checked your server and it was online, so I assume the problem is gone and saving works fine again.

Check the server console log for more detailed error information. Make sure not to overload your server by generating too many worlds / chunks and do not build large mob farms or redstone circles.
