It's not possible to download backups. If the backup doesn't change anything it means the backup has been created after changes were made already.

If you were to live from it you would invest in paid server hosting, wouldn't you? Aternos is not thought to make a living of it. It's just to enjoy Minecraft with friends, it's just a game.

Seems like a temporary failure. Please try to start your server later again.

What's the exact error message you get when trying to join your server? Does this problem only apply to you? If yes, your player file could be corrupted, possibly. In this case, download your world, remove your players file and upload your world again.

Check the server log for detailed error information. Make sure you installed and configured the plugin correctly.

Mind the spaces, it's Per World Inventory, not PerWorldInventory.

No, either the download would fail or you would overwrite your old world. I don't think that's what you want.

You have to download your world to be able to edit it.

OPs should be able to bypass the spawn protection.

Depending on what Minecraft version you use you have to install a specific version of Factions: https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/factions/files

After installing you have to start your server at least once for the plugin to be able to create its configuration files. Make sure the plugin is loaded successfully.
