You need a permission managing plugin like PermissionsEX or bPermissions to be able to decide which players can use specific commands.

What password do you mean exactly? The account's password? Or a plugin's password like AuthMe or LoginSecurity? If you have got problems starting your server check the server log for detailed error information.

Try reducing the size of the world by deleting chunks using third party apps like MCEdit.

I just checked your server, you've got Vanilla Minecraft, so it's impossible Essentials is loaded. If you can't build mind that it's because of the spawn protection, not because of the plugin.

Then you don't have any plugins anymore already, that's what you wanted, right? Mind that you can only build outside the spawn protection.

You can create multiple worlds on your server using plugins like Multiverse-Core or MultiWorld.

You can manage your plugins at the Files & Plugins page. Make sure to uninstall plugins while your server is offline. Click on the little trash icon next to a plugin's name and confirm the deletion to delete it.

If you go to new areas you didn't explore yet the server will automatically generate this area (these chunks). Large mob farms or redstone circles can also cause lag.

Check the server log to find out why Factions doesn't load. Make sure to install the correct version that's compatible with your currently installed CraftBukkit or Spigot version.

The upload limit is at 200 Megabytes. If your world is larger than 200 Megabytes you cannot upload it.
