That's the point of the dynamic IP address, it's dynamic. You also have a regular IP address (username.aternos.me) that stays the same.

Did you do what I told you?
Start your server and open the server console. When asked for it, in the server console type in /fml confirm to proceed with the starting process. Download and save your world before, though.

You can try to minimize the file size using third party programs such as MCEdit (deleting chunks etc.).

What error message do you get when trying to join the server? Did the server even finish its starting process?
