You just download the world, unpack it, delete the players directory like you would delete any other file or directory in your operating system, pack the world again and then just upload it.

I just tried to start your server and does take a really long time to start. Are you sure your world is small enough?

Please i need it i buy the worst server hosting ever i cant edit config.yml i cant edit eula i can edit it when i download it but i am a noob i dont know how to do that
Probably through FTP. Download your configs, edit them on your computer and upload them again.

Try downloading them using a different web browser. Also make sure to download your plugins while your server is offline.

If you checked your server console log you would have find out you have to download your world, delete the players directory out of it and upload your world again to fix your server.

Currently it is not possible to upload plugins to Aternos, maybe in future.

You can try to minimize the file size of the world using tools like MCEdit (deleting chunks).

This obviously means that your server crashes because it has been overloaded. Probably your world is too large or you have some resource-heavy redstone machines or mob farms etc.
