Factions for example does work on that version, you just need to install MassiveCore (mcore) too. Check your other plugins for dependencies too. Also check the server console for additional error information.

I just tested it and I experience the same problem, I reported this to our developers and they will fix it as soon as possible.

We can't add that, this plugin is not available for free.

And there's this error everytime? You made sure your map is less than 100MB?

As I said, if it is not available at either DevBukkit or Spigot we can't add it.
