You must only upload the world itself. If the map depends on additional things you might not be able to use that map on Aternos.
Only update the MOTD and all other settings while your server is offline.

Unpack the zip archive, make sure to only zip the world itself. Also check that the world file name and zip file name do not contain any spaces or special characters.
