Go to "My Server" and install either CraftBukkit or Spigot. Then go to "Files & Plugins", search for the plugins you want to get and install them.

I think 3728 lines are just a little bit too much.

VeinMiner is a mod that has to be downloaded additionally, so it's not the default configuration anymore. Adding an option for VeinMiner would mean creating a "new modpack" in our system and that is a huge effort.

You have to install a permissions managing plugin like PermissionsEX for a permissions.yml to be created.

Ich würde eher den Launcher-Ordner löschen und neu installieren.
