If you had a vanilla server before, you have to completely reinstall your server before using a mod pack.

Dann hast du eben irgendetwas falsch eingestellt. Bist du auch sicher, dass du das originale Essentials-Plugins verwendest? Abwandlungen von dem Plugin benutzen unter Umständen andere Permission-Nodes.

It's not because of the plugin's coder, but because of RockyPlaysMC.
You did not configure the plugin correctly.

We only offer mod packs in their default configuration, Vein Miner is not included in it.
I just checked your server. Your world version is not compatible with the mod pack version you use on your server, that's why the server does not start.

No, we can't. Plugin's file names are adopted by the Spigot Website.
