In this case the plugin version you installed on your server is not compatible with your currently installed CraftBukkit or Spigot version.

Außerdem sind TooManyItems und Minimaps Clientside-Mods, diese müsst ihr selbst auf eurem Computer installieren. Mit Servern habe diese Mods nichts zu tun.
