Are you sure you want to use Vanilla 1.1.0? Don't you want to use 1.11.0 instead? Maybe it works using the newer version.

Probably it means you have to create a new world then. You can download and save the current world to your computer of course.

Mods are more likely to be incompatible with each other, they're not as easy to set up as plugins.

Make sure not to overload your server, e.g. do not generate too many chunks and don't build large redstone machines or mob farms.

I think (just a guess here) if you are able to host it now you should be able to host it as long as Aternos exists
That's what I think too.
I also realize money is probably a concern to you guys as well (from people who pay for perks), and if there is a drop of people paying for perks on pixelmon servers that might have to be removed, because I can imagine whatever it is that's giving you the ability to host pixelmon servers isn't free...
Aternos is completely free. We do not take any money from our users. Everyone is able to use Pixelmon for free.

Currently there are no signs of its support being stopped. If the Pixelmon developers stop updating the mod, we must too, of course.
