Do you maybe have EssentialsAntiBuild installed? If so, either uninstall it or configure your friends' permissions in a way so they may build.

In this case your DNS doesn't update fast enough. I personally recommend using Google's DNS, they're pretty fast, but some internet service providers our routers prohibit the use of custom DNS'. Contact your ISP for more information.

The easiest would be to post it to https://pastebin.com.

And regarding https://prnt.sc/ftuky8, why is format defined two times? That doesn't make any sense.

Check the server console log for detailed error information to find out why the plugin doesn't work.

Go to Group Manager's permission configuration file and change the prefix of your member group.

Make sure to change the amount of slots while your server is offline. You can also try to change it using a different web browser.

Make sure your server is set to online mode "Premium" and you connect to it using a valid premium Minecraft account.

If you use cracked Minecraft you have to set your server to online mode "Cracked", but I don't recommend to do this.
