You can download and save your world to your computer and start a completely new one, that would be the easiest. The more complicated way would be to create a local server on your computer and move the buildings using WorldEdit into a new, smaller world / using MCEdit to move the buildings into a new, smaller world.

We hope we will be able to do this one day, but at the current state there still would be too many security risks if we allowed it.
-
There's no bug, so there's nothing to fix. But maybe we will make it possible to upload multiple worlds in future.

@HarrisL2 I just checked your server and it was online so I assume you already managed to fix the problem on your own.
@Joannath Did you check our world upload tutorial yet? Make sure you meet all the requirements:

Yes, it will work.

It's true, you can only upload one world at the moment. Maybe you can try uploading multiple maps by copying them between different worlds.

BungeeCord is not a plugin.

Maybe restarting your server helps. Make sure not to generate too many chunks.

I assume your world is very large, preventing your server from loading (or your files, as I'm not able to load your files page).
-
Make sure:
- your server has finished its starting process.
- you use the right Minecraft / mod pack version.
- you type in the IP address correctly. You can also try to use the dynamic IP address if the static one doesn't seem to work.
-
Mind that the original Essentials plugin only works up to Minecraft version 1.7.10. For newer Minecraft versions you have to use alternatives such as EssentialsX or Bssentials.

Problem fixed.
