Even if I spam /fml confirm on the console, after a few minutes the Status will just change to "Stopping"
Typing in /fml confirm only makes sense when you're asked for it in the console.

You can copy parts of worlds with WorldEdit.

Keep the server console open while your server is running and you will see output. As soon as your server stops, you will either see the error message in the server console, or open the log and you will see it there.
