We don't necessarily deny them, they just can't be added.

Check the server console log for more detailed information to find out why your server stops. I assume it's crashing because of overload.

You still didn't post the log. Either check it on your own and find out what's the problem or let us check it.

The server wasn't hacked, the script kiddy just used some sort of hacking client, nothing to worry about. Just report these players to the team and they will be banned.

Make sure to delete the plugin itself (the .jar file), not its directory. I've deleted the plugin for you now.
