Scheint als wäre dein Server einfach überladen. Stelle beispielsweise sicher nicht zu viele Chunks zu generieren. Möglicherweise hilft es auch den Server zu starten, wenn die allgemeine Netzwerkauslastung gering ist.

Just be fair and buy Minecraft at https://minecraft.net. The game will be much more enjoyable then.
