I just started your server successfully, it seems to work fine, I do not see any problems.

IP addresses are no secret and can be guessed easily. If you don't want strangers on your server use a whitelist or just ban them.

Maybe we will make this possible in future, but it would take a lot of time.

Unfortunately, there is no way to move the plugin out of the directory yet.

Try the newest version of PermissionsEX instead and make sure it's loaded successfully. Check the server console log for more detailed information.

As far as I know this mod pack requires too much resources.
