A good login plugin. (Which really gives protection to the player)
The best protection would be to just disallow cracked players from joining.

Mods may be from an external source, plugins may not.

It's not possible to edit any mod configuration files on Aternos.

Reinstall your server completely. If it doesn't work then the mod pack might be broken.
