It's not possible to upload files, except worlds, to Aternos.

Please describe the mod pack briefly in your own words.
You can copy all configuration files and paste them into local configuration files on your computer manually. All plugins are publicly available at DevBukkit or SpigotMC for free and can be downloaded there.

It's just a warning, you can ignore it if it doesn't influence your gaming experience in a negative way. Just make sure not to overload your server, e.g. do not generate too many chunks and don't build large mob farms or redstone circles etc.
