Type /fml confirm into the server console to proceed with the starting process as soon as it asks for it as shown in the log you gave us.

Maybe @Roman can check if the mod pack really is broken.

The correct locale code for English is "en_GB", not "en_en". Check the plugin's page for more information.

If your server stops for apparently no reason check the server console log to find out why exactly this happens.

We already have the idea of a friends system but it will still take some time to implement it. Don't expect it too soon. We can't guarantee anything either.
