Denk daran, dass die offizielle Version von Essentials nur bis zur Minecraft-Version 1.7.10 funktioniert. Für neuere Minecraft-Versionen musst du Alternativen wie EssentialsX oder Bssentials verwenden, damit sie funktionieren.

Damit die Konfigurationen erstellt werden können, müssen die Plugins mindestens einmal erfolgreich geladen worden sein. Schau in der Serverkonsole nach, dass alle Plugins ordnungsgemäß geladen werden.

We can't allow you to upload your own plugins as of now, because of security related reasons.
The other two things, the timeout and the RAM, must be regulated by us, otherwise our concept of free Minecraft servers for everyone wouldn't work.

Either make sure you install the correct version, or change the setting in the AuthMe configuration file.

Start your server, open the server console log and you'll see plenty.

Just restart your server and try it later again.
And Glowstone should work again by the way.

Maybe reinstall the server then if you don't need the world.
