what I am suggesting is adding a download button to the mods folder to make the modded aternos experience 10x easier!
Aternos can't just redistribute the mods.
There is a larger update of the mod/plugin system planned that will likely add something similar to what you are suggesting.
Check if you have the same version of the chest cavity mod installed on your client and server.
Mods' updates are automatic.
All the versions are probably available already.
I am starting an SMP and since im new to server hosting and making i installed factions and i have no idea what to do next since the log says massive core wont work along with faction

That's because you installed a snapshot version which updates automatically.
Previously the snapshot was 1.19.4.
Did you have backups when the server was on 1.19.4?
Also When I Click On Start it does't work,After Click 15-20 times it Finally Start.
Try another browser.

Somehow my server was changed to the auto updating software, and has updated itself to a snapshot and will no longer start because it crashes. The world file is too large to reinstall and then insert the old world. Deleting blank chunks has not worked to reduce the size enough. I don’t know how to change the server to a version that doesn’t automatically update and I don’t know what to do anymore.
Which server software and version do you use?
why did my world reset?
That's something you should ask yourself.
You or someone else you've shared access to might have generated a new world, reinstalled the server, or changed the world name(level-name) etc.

That Github issue has nothing to do with the problem.
You can try reading it yourself.
