Execute the Command in chat box If u are admin of the server(OPs) otherwise You Have to execute the command in console Option(Aternos)
Command Is
"/gamerule keepInventory true"

Pocketmine itself doesn't have the gamerule command.
That Github issue has nothing to do with the problem.
You can try reading it yourself.
