The server log you sent didn't crash, it stopped because you left the server.

The plugin 'Towny-ChunkClaim' is missing the required plugin 'Towny'.

Also, I'd suggest switching to Paper for better performance.

Check if the datapack supports your currently installed Minecraft version.

Check if you have the same mods in the exact same versions on your client and server.
