Yes by creating a backup of your current server and restoring the backup in your new server.
Note that this is only possible if both of the servers are hosted on Aternos.

Citizens on devbukkit only supports Minecraft 1.13.2 and older versions.
You can't use it on 1.18.1

I mean, Minecraft 1.12.2 does work with Java 11, like you can use Java 11 on Vanilla 1.12.2 and Spigot 1.12.2.
But older PaperMC versions(1.16.4 & older) no longer support Java 11 because PaperMC released patches for the log4j exploit for older versions. These patched builds no longer support Java 11, which is why you can't select it in the panel anymore when your server is running on a version older than 1.16.5 of PaperMC.
To use the plugin, you either have to switch to PaperMC 1.16.5+ or Spigot 1.12.2+

You can't use whitelist on a cracked bedrock server.
You have to start the server after disabling whitelist

Hello, I think I have the same problem with the mod "All The Fan Made Discs". If I try to suggest it aternos says it is already there but I cannot see the mod.
That's a Fabric mod, is your server running Fabric?

Share your client log
1. open your minecraft installation path
(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
