Do you use tlauncher?
No. We both use the default minecraft launcher.

My friend is trying to join my server, but every time he tries, he gets an error message saying 'Connection Refused'. Everyone else in my server can play normally, but he can't. It won't work when he uses the DynIP either.

Whenever I try to start my server, mind that i havent gotten it to work once, it stays on 'Starting' for ages, before stopping itself because it was taking too long. This has been going on for hours, and I only have 2 mods.
