But, it was 4.08 Gb before. And we downloaded the world and cleared unused chunks and reuploaded, then server's size was 4.6 Gb. May be my friend tried to upload world again and this caused to server's size grow to 5.8 Gb.

But last time i uploaded world, it replaced old world. But this time it didn't... I think someone from aternos admins manually solved the problem.

How you can fix bugs if you can't patch server software?

My server hit server's size limit (4Gb) and I as usual downloaded the worlds and cleared unused chunks and reuploaded. But when i tried to start server, its saying that my server's size more than 4 Gb.

I created backup of the server and deleted some regions to free up the storage. Bu aternos didn't recalculate the size. And then i tried to delete entire dimension (end dimension) to free up storage. But server's size didn't recalculated.

What i have to do to start the server?

I may create another server and upload downloaded worlds. But i cannot restore some plugins and settings...

vanilla servers doesn't support plugins

PaperMC releases later than vanilla

You can set up papermc and change spawnrate.

If you don't set up plugins, there will be no difference with vanilla.

(+ papermc is more optimized)

If you have not minecraft account, set up login plugin

if you don't want unwanted players joining, you can turn on whitelist... But it's recommended to use when online-mode ON

If you and other player all have official minecraft account, then turn off "Cracked" option on https://aternos.org/options/ and play with mojang/microsoft account.

Banning him will not protect your server... Because he can join using any nickname.

Banning by ip may solve problem temporary. Because he can change ip...

If you have not official minecraft account, set up plugins for login. For example "nLogin" or "LoginSecurity"

I think i can't help. But it's interesting for me. Can you run command /timings report on the server console and send link to this thread?

Before crash i have added whitelist plugin and anti cheat. And after some crashes removed them.

But crashes continued happening. Then i have already tried removing some plugins.

And, interesting moment - some crashes happened when there is 2-3 players online, and sometimes there is 10-12 online players and server works normal, without crash...

When TLauncher updated, it updated java version and your operations system's firewall may be configured not to allow connections to new java binary.

When i started minecraft after updating TLauncher, my windows firewall asked me allow connections or block...

May be you clicked "block" or after launching minecraft firewall's notification window closed with minecraft's window and you didn't noticed about this window?
