Oh I already mentioned that at top!
When I tried to join the server it says "your user has illegal characters" and I m using version 1.18.31 and the server version is 1.18.1
change your server version to 1.19.1
and download 1.19.1 geryser mc -
download any another version of NametagEdit plugin

Uh..yea I already know that but I cant bc my server has autme reloaded plugin so I haven't found username checks in config!
if you try to join server so what it say and which server version you using

If you have a backup of your world before the issue occurred then load that backup or use the kill command /kill @e[type=item] as the server gets online

the problems is there is 1000000 item on the ground, not the plugin
p/s: not workoh delete the world in which world he give himself 1000000 diamond and then add multiverse and add the world by name of world

My friend give himself 1000000 diamond and server got crash, me and my friend cant join again.
I tried to use ClearLagg to clear enity but it doesn't work
