You can't disable afk kick because then you could just be afk and have your aternos server running forever

Download the curse voice launcher
Goto the minecraft tab in the launcher
View all modpacks
Then download direwolf 20
Then after it downloads press play and it will load up minecraft.
Then enter your aternos server IP.

You need to install the modpack on your computer AND aternos server.
You can't use vanilla 1.7.10 on modded 1.7.10

Do you have the modpack downloaded or are you playing in vanilla? You need to have the modpack installed on your computer to be able to play a modpack on Aternos.

The only reason this might work would be because it's a skyblock so it wouldn't need to load a lot of terrain. But I'm not exactly sure if that would make a difference.

What size is the file? It might be too big.
