It's not scamming because if the server is popular it can stay n forever
As Bluewy said, the server will still go offline. Im not sure how they do it, but Aternos doesnt let servers run 24/7, even if someone is on it 24/7.

Yeah but a server website is ok and selling ranks I think is fine, isn't it?
If I remember correctly, I believe that having a website for a server is okay because I've seen people make them, but correct, you cannot sell ranks or try to make money off of an aternos server. That's not what they're meant for, and honestly selling ranks on an aternos server would scam the people because it's impossible to keep an aternos server going 24/7.

We won several times and each time it restarted, so it didnt close because we won, it most likely closed because it got boring or spammy.

In regards to your actual suggestion, this depends on what files/folders. However most folders, files or whatever which you didn't create, and aren't downloadable yet, are probably not allowed to be downloaded due to legal reasons ( E.G. plugins, mods)
I'm just posting to post (and i could even be wrong lol), but if Aternos only uses public plugins/mods, I don't see any reason why they couldnt be downloaded. Other server hosts let you have full ftp access and download files.

Yeahhhhhhh, It would be crazy. As much as I like discord, I'd almost argue that people should just use the forums for support because the #support channel is chaos.
And how could people get the tickets role? Would it just be a reaction role? If it is why is that any better than #support? It just seems harder to moderate and keep track of.
My idea was that there would still be #support for questions to the public BUT there would also be an area for tickets which people could make that mods+ answer.

Wrong, these tickets would go directly to the support center i believe. The ticket bot we had was linked to the support center after all. Mods do not have access to the support center and whatever is needed to help people through there.

When I mentioned support tickets on discord, I meant a bot that sends tickets to a channel on discord named #tickets (or something similar), and then there would be a Ticket role which the Team could give moderators so they could help. Having tickets go directly to the support center sounds a little crazy. There are many ticket managing bots for discord.

That's only a warning, not an error. It still loads the mod fine. I think it's just taking too long to load so the server stops.

I think your server isnt crashing, it's stopping because it's taking too long to load. Try using less mods. If I'm wrong, let me know. (Im looking at you, other helpers/team lol)

Assuming you're playing Skyfactory 4, Ore excavator should be working as long as prestige mode is disabled. Have you tried rebinding the keybind? Have you tried using a tool? Im not sure if ore excavator works with a hand in SF4, i forget.

You can now have Friend Access, which will let you also control your friend's servers. I've heard rumors of allowing people to have multiple servers, but the only current possible way to do that is by creating multiple aternos accounts.

Selling items or perks that give an advantage is against EULA; however, selling visual or cosmetic items aren't against EULA. So for example, selling pets or trails is allowed by Mojang.
However, as mentioned many times above, Aternos does not allow people to profit off of their aternos server, which is why they never let buycraft get accepted. If someone wants to make money off of a server, then go find a server host. There are some pretty cheap hosts out there.
