Aternos isn't meant for public servers...

Is your server on premium? Are you using a premium mc account?

You can make iron farms(and the others), but there is no way to be afk and not get kicked for being afk.

The server will kick you even if you try to make an anti-afk machine. I tried with portal guns, so I could go eat my dinner but I came back and I was kicked.

It's been happening to a few other people too, it might just be a bug, but you can also do /difficulty normal while you are on your server instead of having to change it before you start the server

Did you try doing /op (name) in console then doing /gamemode s?
And yeah skins will never show on a cracked server

All I can say is plan ahead more, nothing much more aternos can do.
