The modpack doeant have a launcher only a download, so might as well just close the post.
Unless he gets the modpack creator to put it on a launcher which might take a while.

They only accept well known, many downloads, or popular packs sorry.
They also don't allow custom modpacks.

No you can't sorry, but aternos is meant to be a private server, so you can just send the other players a link to the texture pack and have them manually download it and put it in the texture pack folder.
