Client-side mods are only made for the client, so yes they shouldn't cause any problem.

Make sure that the EXACT same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.

Try to give yourself or craft a crafting table. That's the first advancement and you need it to be able to see all the others.

You can only use the latest version of a modpack on Aternos.

If a Google Drive account is linked then it's very possible that the owner of the server already has backups there.

There probably is no solution, downgrading always causes problems. If you have a backup of your server when it still was 1.19 then restore that.
