Aternos is a 100% free host, there isn't such thing as upgrading your server. The provided resource is good enough to run a minecraft server.
Try lessening the amount of plugins you've installed into your server. -
And not like 100 MB would be enough to fix your issue. Besides, how do you even know the RAM is the problem?

oh wait i fixed problem
i one plugin was using too much ram and i removed this and my server runs okay
